A 4 by 6 inch postcard is tucked inside the envelope, with that month's photo on it. I made it something fun to cut out yourself. Write a note and mail it to a loved one, or whoever you like.
Why Quiet Growth
I'm not crafty. I started it anyway.
I want to grow, and I want to do it a little at a time. Doing the same small things again and again, and standing back up when a day goes badly.
I'm not a crafty person, but I started this anyway. It's not a new invention. It's just what I came up with, and I wanted to give it a shot. I'm doing it my own way, and I'm learning as I go.
If you like it, that makes me really happy. If it's not for you, that's okay too. I'll keep learning and trying, and I hope there's something here down the road that you love.

What is the free sticker sheet?
The first 40 members get a sticker sheet in their first envelope. It's one I made a while ago and never sold. It's a different style from the monthly stickers, so think of it as a bonus. One per member, and once they're gone, they're gone. If you joined in time and yours is missing, message me and I will make it right.
How do I cancel or change my address?
You can cancel yourself through the same place you paid, which usually takes a few minutes. You can also message me and I will end your subscription or change your address. Do it before the 15th so it applies to that month's envelope.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Only the Monthly plan. It renews each month at the price shown until you cancel. The 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, and gift plans are one payment and end on their own, so nothing is charged again. If I ever change the monthly price, I will email you before it takes effect so you can cancel first. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep the envelopes you already paid for. I keep a record of when you agreed, as the payment company does too.
When will I get my letter?
One envelope is mailed each month. The goal is to mail it before the month starts. I can't promise that every time, since I'm a small club and the post office sets the pace once it leaves my hands.

Can I really mail the postcard?
Yes. It's a 4 by 6 inch postcard, tucked inside the envelope with that month's photo on it. I made it something fun to cut out yourself. Write a note if you want, add a stamp, and send it to a loved one, a friend, or anyone you like.
What is each month about?
Each month has its own theme. The letter, the extras, and the envelope all follow it. The themes show up under Editions as each month gets posted.
Is my payment safe?
Payment is handled by a payment company (Stripe), not on this page, so I never see or keep your full card number. No online payment is risk free, so if a charge ever looks wrong, contact your payment provider and send me a message too.

What I collect
When you join, I get your name, email, and mailing address. If you buy a gift, I also get the name and address you enter for the person receiving it. If you join the email list, I get your email. Payments are handled by Stripe, so I never see or keep your full card number.
Why I collect it
To mail your envelopes, manage your membership, answer your questions, and send the occasional email if you joined the list, about once a month.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments. MailerLite sends the emails. The post office delivers your envelope. I do not sell your information or share it for ads. This site does not run ads or tracking. Stripe and Cloudflare may use basic cookies to process payments and keep the site safe.
How long I keep it
For as long as you are a member, and a reasonable time afterward for records. You can ask me to delete your information any time by emailing . Every email I send has an unsubscribe link.

What you get
One envelope is mailed to a United States address on the 15th of each month. If you join before the 15th, you get that month's envelope. Joining after, you start with the next one. Delivery time depends on the post office.
Plans and renewal
The Monthly plan renews automatically every month at the price shown until you cancel. The 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, and gift plans are one payment and do not renew. If I ever change the Monthly price, I will email you before it takes effect so you can cancel first.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time using the Cancel or manage my subscription link at the bottom of this page, or by emailing . Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active through the period you already paid for.
Refunds and problems
Each envelope is made and mailed once a month, so I can not refund an envelope after it has mailed. If an envelope arrives damaged, email me within 30 days of the mail date with a photo of it, and I will send a replacement. If it has not arrived, please wait 14 days after the mail date, then email me and I will check your address and send another. I replace each envelope once. If you were charged by mistake, email me and I will fix it.
Your address
Please make sure your address is correct. You can update it yourself in the customer portal or email me before the 15th so it applies to that month's envelope. If an envelope goes to an old address that was not updated in time, I may not be able to replace it.
